The S.T.A.R. - Spikenard Daily Anointing Ritual
This is a simple, short and potent ritual to be conducted daily or weekly or whenever you deem appropriate. It is based on John 12:3, the verse in which Mary anoints the feet of Jesus with expensive spikenard, and Mark 14: 3 in which the woman with the alabastar jar anoints the head of Jesus.
In this ritual, you anoint your head, hands and feet with Spikenard Oil. (Here's a link to the exact Spikenard Oil I use from Jerusalem).
