Accommodations
You're welcome to stay anywhere in or near the French Quarter.
Since New Orleans is a walkable city, staying anywhere near the French Quarter will mean you'll be in walking distance to all the happenings for CWCon2024.
If you're not a walker, Uber and Lyft operate in New Orleans.
PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ACCOMMODATIONS & AGENDA INFORMATION IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR REGISTERED ATTENDEES. WE DO NOT SHARE THE LOCATION OR THE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE CHRISTIAN WITCHES CONVENTION WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT REGISTERED.

We're staying at:
The accommodations are luxury apartments that range in size. If you'd like a bedroom in either a 3, 4, 6 or 7 bedroom unit (you'll have your own private bedroom in the apartment along with a shared bath) the price will be $450 - $550 for 3 nights, including taxes and fees, depending upon which unit you'll be in and the final cost of that specific unit.
Because this is a luxury apartment, additional fees are added to the booking for cleaning such a large apartment as well as residential fees charged by the building.
The apartment is comparable in price to a hotel stay, except it's an upgrade because the expense is shared.

Payment must be submitted as soon as you're confirmed for a bedroom in one of the apartments, so be ready to send your funds when we send you notification of a space.

Check out on Sunday, 5/26 by 11 AM
This is the only check in and check out schedule available if you're sharing with us.
If you're booking on your own, feel free to come and go as you please.
And, you can book accommodations anywhere near the French Quarter and you'll be fine.

Thursday, May 23 from 7 PM to 9 PM
Event For the Evening: We'll be having our opening reception and Full Moon Ritual (yes, the Full Moon is on Thursday, 5/23... look how much the Universe loves us, it made the first day of CWCon fall on the Full Moon!)
Attire Ideas: Witchy (which is totally subjective... let's see your take on it).
Friday, May 24 from 9 AM to 5 PM
Events For the Day: Now it's time to get down to business with CCW Mystery School classes in the morning, from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Lunch is on your own during the day. After lunch, we'll embark on our 'Magick Shoppe Walk' to the witchy and occult stores in the French Quarter for learning, acquiring witchy & magickal supplies, and hanging with the fam. SOOOO FUN!!!
Note: You'll be walking a lot, so be prepared (and it may be hot). If you're not a big walker, Uber & Lyft operate in New Orleans.
Venue: Roami at the Lola
Attire Ideas: Comfy and magickal for a full day of learning, connection and activities. CCW school colors are black, red and purple FYI, in case you'd like to show your school spirit! (CCW stands for the Covenant of Christian Witches Mystery School in the Solomonic Tradition.)
Friday Night
Friday night is free for your enjoyment. Have dinner with new or known friends in the community, relax or stroll through the French Quarter. It's New Orleans, so there's plenty to do!
Cemetery Tour: if you have a VIP ticket, you'll accompany Rev. Val and friends on the Cemetery Tour on Friday night. You'll be apprised of exactly what time our tour is. You'll have time for a wonderful dinner after our Magick Shoppe Walk and before the Cemetery Tour as our Cemetery Tours are usually at 9 PM or later. You'll receive instructions on where in the French Quarter to meet for the Cemetery Tour.
Attire Ideas: It's NOLA! You decide!
Saturday, May 25 from 9 AM to 5 PM
Event For the Day: CCW Mystery School classes and activities. Lunch is on your own during the day.
Venue: Roami at the Lola

Saturday, May 25 from 8 PM to 11 PM
Event For the Evening: Our Saturday night themed party! This year it's Harry Potter! Wear your costume and embody ANY character from Harry Potter (any of the books or movies) and see if you can win first prize!
Venue: Roami at the Lola
Attire Ideas: Harry Potter! (Embody the character. Make us believe you!)
Sunday, May 26 from 11 AM to 1 PM
Event: Sunday Inspiration! An inspirational service with messages, music, praise and celebration. A moving finale to our weekend is on tap for you, including the Robing Ceremony of our new High Priestesses who have graduated from CCW. Eat breakfast at one of the nearby dining establishments or at your hotel before arrival.
Venue: Roami at the Lola
Attire Ideas: All white (if desired, not a must). You'll see many of us dressed in all white, FYI.
